I was a customer for many years and Zooplus wouldn't donate my reward points without making a purchase after my cat died. It makes me very sad, it was more of a symbolic gesture, that would cost them hardly anything, especially considering the fact I was spending a fortune every year. Disappointed :(

I would give 4.5 if there is. I received a senior cat food instead or normal one.
I called (picked up in three mins), he said I made a mistake. I said, no I didn’t not made a mistake, description and title is wrong. He admitted it’s there mistake and gave me a refund.
Will I order again, yes. Resolution was quick and really good. Fast delivery too. Cheaper than B&M

Never again
Never again. I moved house 18 months ago, I placed an order with zooplus but it didn’t show the address until I had placed the order, of course it’s the wrong one. Despite contacting them immediately they were unable to change the address or cancel the order. Really inefficient!

Can't depend on dispatch within 24 hours can be anything up to 3 days, not good enough
I buy my dog food from zooplus, it's good value for money but dispatch times are so off putting & customerserviceskills are appalling, they don't seem to care, it's about money not the animals. Says within 24 hours, sometimes yes but other times up to 3 days. This is not good enough, you never get explanation why & rarely get am email to say if there's going to be delay, only once. When you phone up customer service they really don't care, get no reasoning why it's taking days for dispatch, they keep saying within next 24 hours, you could get that a couple times phoning about one order. ZOOPLUS YOU NEED TO BE LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A FURTHER DELAY IN AN ORDER PAST 24 HOURS, STOP LEAVING CUSTOMERS WONDERING HOW LONG THEY WILL BE WAITING. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A BACKLOG PAST THAT, MAKE IT CLEAR ON YOUR WEBSITE BEFORE A CUSTOMERS ORDER SO THEY KNOW IF THEY WILL BE A WAITING. IT'S NOT GOOD LEAVING CUSTOMERS GUESSING IF THEIR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN THE 24 HOURS OR NOT.

Excellent price and service.
This was the first time I have ordered from Zooplus the order arrived earlier than expected. This was my dogs usual quality dog kibble at an extremely reasonable price. I will be ordering again.

I've been using zooplus for over a year now, mostly for my cats and a dog. Delivery is always super quick, prices are better than anywhere else, I highly recommend them.
I really like this company
I really like this company. I switch to them about a year ago when my cat developed renel problems. I thought when have trouble with food as he can be picky, but he loves the selection on other, and regular get freebies which he seems to like to. Delivery is usually prompt. They've communicated well when i've contacted them. My only complainted is the stock can run low sometimes, but I'm not going to mark them down for this as the cat doesnt seem to care to much is there aren't many favours.
Disinterested customer service
Disinterested customer service. I have been using Zooplus for some time for Eukanuba and not had reason to contact them. An order placed five days ago had not been delivered and the rebranded Hermes had changed the order’s status from dispatched to awaiting receipt. When I contacted Zooplus to ask them to look into the matter they cancelled the order instead of giving any explanation. When I contacted them to ask why they had done this they suggested that I should reorder. Instead I have chosen to go to another retailer based in the UK and whose service is evidently much better

Order arrived super quick (2 days after ordering) . Excellent price on Felix doubly delicious. My cats will be happy as it their favourite. Prices have gone up ridiculously in the supermarkets. Really pleased with everything. Even the Yodel delivery.

I would give it a minus 5! My friend asked to pay them as her card didn't get trough. I have, she never received the cat food and my pocket is now 40 pounds lighter. My bank said they cannot refund it, I paid from debit card, should use credit one for future :-( Client's service is horrible!

And the delivery is always super quick.
Terrible expirience
My friend asked me to pay for her order as her card didn't go through. She has never received her cat food and I never received my 40 pounds back! They just said they never received money despite my Bank confirmed they been sent and received!
